Former Reserves Thu Duc Officer Cadet Association of Ontario Lunar New Year Celebration

Senator Ngo attended a Lunar New Year celebration hosted by the Former Reserves Thu Duc Officer Cadet Association of Ontario, an association of veterans and community elders recognized within the Vietnamese-Canadian community, as a keynote speaker. The event included a flag raising of the Republic Vietnam flag and speeches from other distinguished guests.
