Washington Vietnam Human Rights Day

Senator Ngo attended several events in Washington for the 23rd Commemoration of Vietnam Human Rights Day. Senator Ngo made statements at the American Senate in front of members of Congress, representatives of the White House, State Department, AFL-CIO, multiple international human rights organizations, delegations representing Vietnamese-American communities from all across the U.S., as well as Vietnamese delegations from Canada, France, and Australia. There were also delegations from Asian countries including Burma, Tibet, China, Laos, Mongolia and Gilgit-Baltistan.
