Vietnamese Association, Toronto Annual Picnic

Senator Ngo traveled to Toronto to attend the annual Vietnamese Association, Toronto’s (VAT) picnic where he was the honoured guest among over 500 members of the Vietnamese community from all over Ontario that attended. VAT is the largest recognized Vietnamese community in Canada.
